Molex Engineer, AQP
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Together with Supervisor to assist department Managers to take charge of Advanced Quality Plan so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals and improve.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible of customer quality standards. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.
Deeply understand CSR and deploy to quality activities.
A part of P-FMEA function team
Establish quality documents such as control plan, quality standards, inspection instructions.
Cordinate for PPAP implementation.
Ownership for leading qualification tasks for NPI, transferring, to get stable process before sending to mass production, support for continous improvement
Establish and implement Safe launch plan to related members
Participate quality meetings in plant and/or with customer and reports. Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complain
Take part for trial run, transferring and new product development.
Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
- 6S & KAIZEN
- Environmental Health Safety
- RBA & Social Responsibility
- Protection of company assets
Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
- · College up

- · Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- · At least 3 years experiences in manufacturing companies

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:

Good at English Communication and report skill

Document creation skill

Measument concept and practice, especially GD&T. Enable to use 3D measuring equipment is a good point

On job Training, Coaching skill and Basic management & Kaizen

Quality inspection machines and instrument operation.

ISO, 7 QC tools, 6 core tools. Good at MSA practice is a good point
