Designing the Data Centers of Tomorrow

As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Architecture Department and help shape the next generation of mission-critical infrastructure.

Your Role

As a senior structural engineering professional, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring technical excellence from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analyses to evaluate and optimize design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop structural models, calculations, technical reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.

• Coordinate and manage structural design activities carried out by external consultants, ensuring alignment with project requirements and multidisciplinary teams.

• Support the development of drawings and BIM models.

• Lead and coordinate engineering design teams in the structural discipline.

• Ensure compliance with project objectives, technical requirements, key milestones, and budget constraints.

• Oversee the preparation of complex project deliverables, mentoring and supporting junior team members.

• Interface directly with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

• Resolve technical challenges and design contingencies arising during project execution.

• Review and approve design modifications and technical requirements throughout project development.

• Coordinate and review contractor documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

• What We're Looking For

• Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures (or equivalent qualification).

• Minimum 15 years of experience in building structural engineering projects.

• Strong practical knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as Tekla, Robot, CYPE, or similar.

• Solid understanding of national and international structural design codes and standards.

• Proven experience in project management and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within international teams.

• Strong commitment to quality and technical excellence.

• Enthusiasm for working on large-scale international projects.

• Willingness and availability to travel when required.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
