About the Role As an Engagement Manager at Miro, you will support the Go To Market organization by developing, positioning, and scaling Professional Services to help Enterprise customers accelerate outcomes with Miro. You will be the subject matter expert on Professional Services, driving a healthy services pipeline, bookings, and a global portfolio of service offerings aligned to customer needs. Day-to-day, you’ll align with sales leadership on priority accounts, lead customer discovery and proposal development, orchestrate pilots, support post-sale handoff and mobilisation of delivery teams, and optimize our global portfolio of both one-time and recurring Service Offerings. In essence, the Engagement Manager bridges the Sales promise to Delivery execution.
