Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications.
- Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) – regular basis and upon request/ special projects.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and events (YEMEA CSR calendar).
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support change communication and culture initiatives.
- Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame.
- Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones.
- Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.

+1 year of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or HR communications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
