We are seeking a dedicated Engagement and Learning Manager to join our team and drive impactful programs.
In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating, executing, and managing key initiatives, with a specific focus on designing and delivering effective youth engagement programs.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing monitoring and evaluation systems and conducting research, ensuring our programs achieve their intended outcomes.
You will also be expected to converse effectively with professionals at various levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth program operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Program coordination, execution and management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related
- 5+ years experience in a similar role at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
- Certifications in L&D is an added advantage
- Proven work experience in program coordination, execution and management
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering youth engagement programmes
- Ability to converse with different levels of professional
- Proper understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation systems and research, including participatory research approaches
