Misión Ejecutar las labores de atención, cuidado y trato al paciente en las unidades de hospitalización. Asumiendo la responsabilidad de todos los cuidados que requiera el paciente desde su ingreso hasta el alta y educación para seguimiento domiciliario si precisa.
Responsabilidades Atender a los pacientes de la unidad asignada, cumpliendo todos los trámites correspondientes y aportándole la información necesaria sobre su situación y gestiones necesarias, asegurando la correcta trazabilidad posterior de las acciones. Cumplimentar documentos sobre evaluación del paciente, realizar un plan de cuidados según la información obtenida, necesidades, observaciones y tratamiento médico.
