About the Role The Endpoint Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the implementation, administration and support of Tangerine’s Endpoint Desktop, Laptop, Apple Mac, VDI, Mobile and Executive Support environment. This role also involves providing second-level onsite and remote support for Desktops, Laptops, Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Mac, Mobile, network printers and server applications, as well as participating in compliance controls and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The role supports a highly secure, reliable, and well-managed IT operating environment. What You'll Do
- Robust skills in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM)/SCCM administration and engineering, particularly in application deployment, operating system deployment (OSD), and security updates.
