Endpoint Solutions Engineer

About the Role Amer Sports Europe & North America is seeking an Endpoint Solutions Engineer for the Kraków office to drive the Digital Workplace transformation. You will design, engineer, and implement enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments, collaborating with Solution Architects, Cyber Security and Infrastructure to deliver cloud-first, secure, and standardized endpoint services that boost employee productivity and user experience.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Endpoint Solutions Architect to implement enterprise endpoint solutions based on approved designs.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy endpoint solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Participate in technical design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations to support solution delivery.
• Engineer, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
• Configure endpoint policies, compliance settings, software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle processes.
• Support Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments while maintaining endpoint health, reporting, and operational stability.
• Implement endpoint security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, FileVault, and Conditional Access; support hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives in collaboration with Cyber Security teams. Implement endpoint security baselines and compliance policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Deliver endpoint engineering activities for Digital Workplace modernization, cloud-first initiatives, and global technology deployments; support office relocations, mergers and acquisitions, and other global endpoint implementation projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and operational efficiency using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Act as a Level 3 technical escalation point for complex endpoint platform issues, with the remaining time focused on engineering, implementation, and project delivery.
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud teams, and technology vendors to deliver integrated endpoint solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base.

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing, engineering, and implementing enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms: Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with endpoint security tooling: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, FileVault, Conditional Access; understanding of Zero Trust principles.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player able to work with Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure, Networking and cloud teams.
• Ability to serve as a Level 3 escalation and support major incidents.
• Willingness to be based in Kraków with a hybrid office schedule.
