Job title: End User Support
About the Role End User Support is a team that handles hardware and software issues on user workstations, printing infrastructure, antivirus protection for workstations, and IT support for meetings rooms and external presentation venues. The role also involves inventory and cost analysis for components and consumables, procurement of equipment, participation in internal IT projects, and sharing technical knowledge while adhering to KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-user IT support for hardware and software on desktops and corporate applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing infrastructure.
- Ensure antivirus protection on workstations and maintain security hygiene.
- Provide IT support for meetings rooms and external presentation spaces.
- Maintain inventory of small equipment and consumables and manage related stock.
- Analyze HQ user expenses for components and consumables.
- Place orders for procurement of components, consumables and office equipment.
- Participate in internal IT projects and initiatives.
- Share accumulated technical knowledge with other team members.
- Adhere to KPI requirements and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in Information Technology or a related technical field.
- General knowledge of MS Active Directory (AD) with basic experience using the AD console.
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and services.
- Experience administering and diagnosing Windows client operating systems and standard corporate applications.
- Experience with the Avaya IP telephone system management console.
- Experience working with ITSM-oriented systems.
- Ability to solve non-standard, challenging problems and independently establish contacts.
