About this role
We are recruiting a Band 2 End of Life Care Healthcare Assistant to join a well-established community team providing end of life care across Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and Gloucestershire on a part-time permanent basis (36 hours per week).

Requirements
- National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 in Health and Social Care OR an equivalent
- 6 Months care delivery experience (current) in a Health or Social Care Environment
- Hold a current and valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle which includes business insurance
- Knowledge of palliative and end of life care
