This part-time permanent End of Life Care Healthcare Assistant role supports community-based palliative and end of life care across Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and Gloucestershire as part of an established community team.

- Salary: £25,272 a year
- Location: Community-based within Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and Gloucestershire
Requirements / Qualifications:
- National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 in Health and Social Care OR an equivalent qualification
- 6 months care delivery experience (current) in a Health or Social Care Environment
- Hold a current and valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle which includes business insurance
- Knowledge of palliative and end of life care
