Enablement & Change Lead
Great AI fails on adoption, not technology. You design and run the change and enablement that gets client teams confidently using what we build — training, champions, communications, and measurement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build the change plan for each engagement (stakeholders, comms, training, adoption metrics).

Deliver role-based training using Adwaizer's courses plus tailored sessions.

Identify and equip client champions; run office hours during ramp.

Track adoption and capability; address resistance at the root.

Confirm the client team can operate independently (the adoption gate).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
3+ years in change management, enablement, L&D, or adoption-focused roles.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).

Genuine interest in AI and how people actually adopt new tools.

Based in Canada and eligible to work here.

NICE TO HAVE
-
Experience enabling non-technical teams on technical products.

Instructional design or content-creation background.
