We are recruiting to fill the position below:

  • Job Title: EMR Associate - Health Informatics

  • Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalated from supported health facilities.

  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and health facility IT infrastructure.

  • Support data backup, storage, and security protocols.

  • Assist in the deployment and support of program data systems and digital tools.

  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and support procurement planning for IT supplies.

  • Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff.

  • Document recurring technical issues and escalate systemic problems to the HQ.

  • Minimum Recruitment Standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

  • A First Degree in Computer Science, Information system, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
