Job description
What you will do in this role: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalated from supported health facilities. Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and health facility IT infrastructure. Support data backup, storage, and security protocols. Assist in the deployment and support of program data systems and digital tools. Maintain IT equipment inventory and support procurement planning for IT supplies. Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff. Document recurring technical issues and escalate systemic problems to the HQ.
Minimum recruitment standard
Qualifications and experience we look for A first degree in Computer Science, Information system, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in IT support. Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
