Employment Staff

About the Role Denver Seminary seeks a staff member focused on Employment Benefits who will administer and communicate employee benefits, ensure compliance with the Seminary's mission and values, and support a compassionate faith-based community. The role may be remote/hybrid with a primary campus presence at the Littleton location.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and communicate employee benefits options (Medical/Dental/Vision) and Health Savings Account contributions.
• Manage Health Savings Account contributions for high-deductible plan options: $65/month for employee only or $130/month for employee+ others.
• Support retirement planning through the 403(b) plan with up to 5% employer matching; communicate loan options.
• Assist with Public Service Loan Forgiveness program to help qualified federal loan payments.
• Coordinate disability and life insurance coverage (short-term, long-term, and employer-paid life insurance up to 2x salary).
• Manage Hannay Scholarship for degree-seeking children of faculty/staff.
• Foster the campus community and collaboration at the Littleton campus near Hudson Gardens, aligning with the Seminary's mission and values.
• Ensure compliance with the Conditions of Employment Agreement, including the statement of faith and Christian lifestyle and conduct.

Compensation & Benefits
