About the Role A Program Coordinator will oversee WorkReady Texas' Employment Services and Student Services programs, including Supported Employment, Job Skills Training, Job Placement, Environmental Work Assessment, Work Experience, Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), Summer Earn & Learn (SEAL), and Vocational Adjustment Training (VAT), to help clients with disabilities prepare for and secure competitive integrated employment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee Employment Services and Student Services programs to support client goals and employment outcomes.
- Partner with employers and community organizations to create job opportunities and provide ongoing support and accommodations.
- Develop, update, and deliver training curricula and resources to increase client independence and employer readiness.
