Employment Litigation Associate Attorney
Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in a sophisticated management-side employment litigation practice, representing employers in complex workplace disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
Ideal Background

2–6 years of employment litigation or labor and employment experience
-
Experience representing employers in employment-related disputes
-
Experience handling matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, and other workplace disputes
-
Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies
-
Strong experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents

Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses

Experience handling EEOC and other administrative agency matters
-
Experience with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

Ability to independently manage significant portions of matters while collaborating with partners and clients

Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

Excellent client service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
