What You'll Do
- Represent employees in employment class action lawsuits addressing discrimination, wage and hour violations (including overtime, breaks, and vacation), and ERISA-related issues.
- Handle whistleblower cases exposing government fraud under the False Claims Act and related protections against retaliation.
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized employment practice to secure recoveries and advocate for fair recruitment, promotion, and pay practices.
- Engage with clients, negotiate settlements, and support litigation from investigation through trial and appeal. What We're Looking For
- Experience in employment law, class actions, and whistleblower matters.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for employees in cases involving discrimination, wage/hour rights, and ERISA claims.
- Strong reputation and success in significant employment litigation against major corporations.
- Commitment to protecting employee rights and improving industry practices. Nice to Have
- Experience across a variety of industries, including retail, medical, insurance, technology, banking/financial services, and security.
