About the Role Specialist contributes to the overall success of HR Services by ensuring goals, plans, and initiatives are executed to support the GHRO teams’ strategies. You will provide support to all business lines and countries, addressing and resolving medium-risk employment-related issues, ensuring issues are managed within SLAs and at the local level to mitigate negative impact. The role requires delivering accurate advice in compliance with governing regulations and Bank policies. What You'll Do
