About the Role The Employee Services - Performance & Advice Consultant (Bilingual French/English) supports HR Solutions activities by providing timely, advisory, end-user support for HR systems and information. Based in Scarborough with a hybrid schedule, this role collaborates with multiple business lines and countries to resolve low-risk issues within SLAs and promote effective self-service. What You'll Do
- Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Assess the level of complexity for employee and manager inquiries, providing coaching or escalating to appropriate parties for resolution.
- Act in an advisory role by providing end-user support for HR systems, resolving issues and guiding employees in the usage of self-service functionalities where possible.
