About the Role Amgen is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to support Employee Relations across assigned countries within the EMEA region. The role focuses on conducting HR investigations and providing practical guidance to managers and employees to ensure fair, consistent and compliant people practices. What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough, timely, and impartial HR investigations across assigned countries within the EMEA region, involving employees at all levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues, ensuring investigations are objective and respectful.
  • Prepare professional, well-documented investigation records, including investigation plans, interview notes, and summaries.
  • Present investigation findings to HR colleagues, Legal partners, and business leaders clearly, concisely, and objectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners across assigned countries within the EMEA region.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to leaders on a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, probation, behaviour and capability issues, disciplinary and grievance cases, workplace adjustments / accommodations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal (both in-house and external), and HR stakeholders to protect Amgen’s values and support fair, consistent, and compliant handling of sensitive workplace matters. What We're Looking For
  • Experience conducting HR investigations and advising on employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of performance management, probation, behaviour and capability issues, disciplinary and grievance handling, and workplace accommodations.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to partner with leaders and stakeholders across functions.
  • Fluency in English and French (as implied by the role title). Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in the EMEA region and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Compensation & Benefits
