Employee Relations Consultant
A successful Employee Relations Consultant is an experienced and talented employee relations professional with experience managing a broad range of employment matters, including resolution of employment disputes and complaints to ensure fairness, consistency and legal compliance. Operating within a centralized Employee Relations model, the Employee Relations Consultant will interface with the broader Employee Relations teams, Legal and E&C and provide consultation on risk mitigation to HR COEs and other corporate functions, line managers and Senior Leadership. Balancing time between the reactive and proactive spaces, the successful candidate will be required to provide expert advice to the business that supports efficient operations
