Job title: Employee & Guest Experience Manager

About the Role The Experience Manager will administer corporate and venue-driven initiatives that support employee engagement, recognition, and guest service-related programs. The role is part-time and seasonal, aligned to the venue event schedule, with some in-office planning and coordination required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead communication and engagement efforts through newsletters, day-of-show info sheets, and other tools to connect employees to the venue's service culture.
  • Curate and maintain the day-of-show employee experience by managing the upkeep of dedicated areas to reduce hassles, boost morale, spotlight recognition, and share essential venue/show information.
  • Administer recognition programs that celebrate service wins, build a ONE-CREW culture, and organize ongoing appreciation events.
  • Serve as venue lead for service-focused training. Partner with managers to deliver staff training, reinforce standards, and ensure consistency before, during, and after events.
  • Fan Experience: Design and deliver fan experience initiatives for guests and fans across events.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate, motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit; proactive and comfortable operating in dynamic live entertainment environments.
  • Ability to lead communication and engagement efforts and manage day-of-show experiences for employees.
  • Experience with employee recognition, engagement programs, and training/coaching.
  • Collaborative mindset; partner with venue managers to reinforce standards and service quality.
  • Flexible schedule to align with venue event calendar; part-time seasonal position with in-office planning and coordination responsibilities.
