About the Role Diehl's Employee Development & Advancement program focuses on turning megatrends into future technologies by investing in employees' growth. It offers diverse training and continuing development opportunities, with individual development plans created with managers.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the mentoring program where an experienced specialist or manager guides you, helps build networks, and provides detailed feedback on skills, potential, and possible career directions.
• Work with your manager to create an individual development plan; pursue outside-the-job study programs, master craftsman or technician training, language courses, presentation training, software training, and other training opportunities.
• Engage with Diehl expert groups and internal mentoring structures to develop technical and leadership capabilities; participate in development tracks for both technical and commercial staff.
• Participate in management development programs for commercial employees to identify and develop potential and prepare for leadership responsibilities.
• Note: the program aims to fill two-thirds of management positions from internal talent through three potential groups outlining future career paths.
• The program runs for about two years and includes regular seminars.

• Willingness to engage in mentoring, create development plans, and participate in training across technical and commercial tracks.
• Openness to internal progression paths and alignment with Diehl's focus on promoting from within.

Nice to Have

• Interest in pursuing a master craftsman certificate or improving English.
