About the Role TeamHealth is seeking experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants to join our team at the MUSC Garners Ferry Freestanding Emergency Department in Columbia, South Carolina. Ideal candidates will have prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience as a PA or NP, current South Carolina license, DEA, and ACLS/PALS certifications.
What You'll Do
- Provide care, assess patients, and administer treatments
- Work within an emergency medicine/urgent care setting as part of a multidisciplinary team
What We're Looking For
- Current South Carolina license and DEA
- ACLS and PALS certifications (required or preferred)
- Prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Experience as a PA or NP in acute care
