Job title: EMEA HR Administration and Payroll Specialist with Spanish
What you will be doing
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, international transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
- HR Administration & Data Management – Maintain accurate employee records, process HR transactions in Workday (including EIB mass uploads and compensation updates), manage HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll, Time & Benefits Administration – Administer time and absence processes (including maternity, paternity, sick leave, and other leave types), coordinate local employee benefits (health insurance, gym allowance, Edenred, etc.), support payroll-related activities, quarterly bonus updates, and journal postings in collaboration with Payroll and Finance.
- HR Systems & Reporting – Support local HR tools and platforms (including El Corte Inglés and Tramit app), prepare employee communications, HR reports, and monthly reporting for external providers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to process improvements.
What you need to succeed
- Languages – Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.
- HR Systems & Technical Skills – Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
