Job title: EMEA HR Administration and Payroll Specialist – Nordic Countries
What you will be doing
- HR Administration & Employee Support – Provide HR administrative support for employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, acting as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, and offboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
- HR Systems & Data Management – Maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring high data quality and compliance with internal policies and service levels.
- Payroll & Stakeholder Collaboration – Collaborate closely with Payroll and local HR teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely HR processes across the region.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management – Create and maintain HR documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles to support consistent ways of working.
- Process Improvement – Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization to enhance HR service delivery.
What you need to succeed
- Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.
- Language Skills – Fluent English (written and spoken).
- HR Systems & Technical Skills – Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Organization & Problem-Solving – Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
