About the Role Microsoft has created the Frontier Company, a new operating business built to deliver end-to-end AI transformation, embedding industry and engineering experts directly alongside customers to co-design AI strategies and solutions. The EMEA Consulting Practice Director for AI Business and Copilot Solutions will lead the practice, shaping strategic engagements across the region and driving delivery excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the EMEA consulting practice focused on AI Business and Copilot Solutions within Microsoft's Frontier Company.
- Partner with customers to design and implement end-to-end AI transformation programs and copilots across industries.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of consultants, driving delivery excellence and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities, methodologies, and accelerators across EMEA. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in enterprise consulting or professional services, with accountability for people and delivery.
- Deep expertise in AI transformation initiatives, large-scale programs, and scalable AI copilots.
- Strong client relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills across diverse stakeholders in EMEA.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes. Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Microsoft AI copilots or similar AI platforms.
- Experience across multiple industries within EMEA.
- Passion for innovation, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
