Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Incumbent Responsibilities and Duties: Provide testing and assessment service on Automotive standards and components to internal and external customer in a way that satisfies and exceeds customer expectations of this service. 为内部和外部客户提供汽车标准和零部件的测试和评估服务，以满足并超出客户对该服务的期望。
• 2. 61 Evaluate the test requirements are compliant with standards (CISPR25, ISO11452, OEM…). 评估测试要求是否符合相关标准：（CISPR25、ISO11452、OEM等）。
• 3. 61 Prepare the project test datasheets and software setup. 准备项目测试数据表和软件设置。
• 4. 61 Analyze, create, release test results and communicate with project engineer. 分析、创建、发布测试结果，并与项目工程师沟通。
• 5. 61 Provide testing and assessment service on Automotive standards with customer. 为客户提供符合汽车标准的测试和评估服务。
• 6. 61 Test fixture build, test setup, test site 5S improvement and daily trending record. 构建测试夹具、搭建测试环境、完善测试现场5S及记录每日趋势数据。
• 7. 61 Learn new test standards and prepare the method verification. Finish related training. 学习新测试标准并准备方法验证，完成相关培训。
• 8. 61 Support QM for OEM, CNAS, A2LA, Dakks and so on audit preparation. 支持实验室质量管理，为OEM、CNAS、A2LA、DAkkS等审核准备资料。
• 9. 61 Other task assigned by Manager. 完成经理交代的其他任务
• 10. Jointly Responsibilities and Duties: Enhancing the jobholders and TUV Rheinland reputation and knowledge by providing an excellent or outstanding service to all customers. 通过为所有客户提供优质或卓越的服务，提升职位持有者和德国莱茵（T05V Rheinland）的声誉和知识

Job Requirements

• 1. At least 1-3 years’ experience in testing for EMC/RF test. 至少1-3年EMC/RF测试经验
• 2. Bachelor or associate degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or relevant. 本科或专科学历，电气，机械工程或相关专业
• 3. Good communication skills and problem solving ability, work carefully and patiently. 良好的沟通能力和解决问题能力，工作认真和耐心
• 4. Practical experience in testing and measuring new energy products is preferred, including products such as photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, battery and automotive charge station. 具有测试和测量新能源产品的实践经验优先，包括光伏逆变器、储能、电池和汽车充电桩等
• 5. Bear high work responsibility with a pro-active attitude. 具备高度的工作责任感和积极主动的态度
• 6. Practical other experience in EMC laboratory, including A2LA/CNAS/CMA audit, quality system, equipment calibration and laboratory comparison experience. 具备电磁兼容实验室其它工作经验，包括A2LA/CNAS/CMA审核、质量体系、设备校准和实验室比对等
• 7. Have a certain degree of English ability, able to skillfully use and express 具备一定的英语能力，能熟练运用和表达
