About the Role
Zapier's Embed Tools let partners embed automation into their product to unlock workflows for all users. This role focuses on building and supporting embedded Zapier experiences, delivering a seamless, end-to-end user journey inside partner apps.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with product teams to enable embedding Zapier’s Workflow API and UI components in partner products with minimal code

Ensure users can discover, create, and edit Zaps from within the host app without leaving it

Highlight and integrate Zap templates and pre-built workflows to drive adoption and retention

Align embed experiences with branding and single, native user experience across platforms

Work with documentation, help center, and partner resources to support developers and customers

What We're Looking For

Experience working on developer platforms or embedded experiences (partner integrations, no-code/low-code contexts)

Ability to translate product requirements into seamless embedded user journeys

Strong collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams

Nice to Have

Familiarity with APIs, app ecosystems, and template-based UX

Prior experience helping partners implement embedded solutions quickly
