About this role
Email Automation Intern
To optimize and own the day-to-day tracking and organizing operations of the Email Automation team. In order to scale efforts and projects properly, we need dedicated assistance with our organizational, QA, and data tracking needs to complete cross-functional efforts in a timely manner.
- Transfer existing email copy from ESP to editable documents across multiple brands
- Code new copy into email templates, including all formatting, links, and tracking measures
- Maintain templates, and implement content updates as needed
- Assist Email Automation Coordinator with QA as needed
- Semi-weekly (2x/week) A/B test and other data tracking updates across multiple brands
- Other responsibilities as assigned
