About this role
About the Role Join Silvus Technologies' production team as an entry-level Electronics Technician-I for the StreamCaster line of MIMO radios. You will support testing, assembly, and quality processes on-site in West Los Angeles, collaborating with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery and to provide feedback for continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Final assembly and inspection of finished products.
- System testing and quality control testing in production.
- Statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team.
- Perform other related duties as needed. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches).
- Competent PC user and computer savvy.
- Collaborative spirit, committed to team success.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Enjoys hands-on work; careful and detail oriented.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
- Note: Employment is contingent upon successful clearance of a background check and drug test. Nice to Have
- Experience in an electronics manufacturing and testing environment.
- Linux experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $21.63 - $22.66 per hour.
