About the Role The Electronics Quality Technician-I reports to the Quality Supervisor on the Operations - Quality Control team. The successful individual in this role will support StreamCaster™ MANET product development and manufacturing. This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles. What You'll Do
- Perform visual and functional inspection of PCB assemblies under magnification per IPC-J-STD 001 standards.
- Conduct basic rework and soldering on through-hole and surface mount components.
- Interpret basic schematics and assembly drawings to support inspection and rework tasks.
- Assist in production testing and record results accurately.
- Maintain ESD-safe work areas and follow established cleanroom and handling procedures.
- Support calibration and maintenance of quality lab equipment.
