Desirable requirements

  • Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly process / production experience
  • PCB electrical test process support / creation experience
  • Successful application of structured problem solving and statistical analysis techniques (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Awareness of lean manufacturing tools and techniques and an understanding of production metrics (productivity, efficiency, waste)

Person specification

  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively, share ideas and coordinate actions, while also working independently and managing priorities to meet deadlines. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement beyond your immediate responsibilities, possess strong hands-on practical skills, maintain a positive can-do attitude, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
