Electronics Design Engineer

About the Role The Electronics Design Engineer will develop, validate, and industrialize embedded electronic devices for CNH's agricultural and construction products. The role emphasizes analysis, circuit simulations, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive performance improvements and reliable hardware qualification. What You'll Do

• Develop, validate, and industrialize embedded electronic devices for CNH products used in agriculture and construction.
• Provide expertise in analysis and identify solutions for current product performance improvements.
• Assist internal customers in proper application and implementation of the technology.
• Research, develop, and evaluate design concepts including materials, specifications, equipment, and machines.
• Evaluate new and existing circuits for functionality and ability to pass electrical qualification tests.
• Validate new circuits and subsystems using simulation software and proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Perform hardware validation, driver development, and support manufacturing programming through test flows.
• Determine purpose, application, and feasibility of new or enhanced products or processes.
• Create and update documentation for designs across all project phases.
• Participate in reviews of schematics, layout, IO selection, and hardware requirements.
• Collaborate with external customers, distributors, vendors, and suppliers to initiate new designs and problem-solve.
• Coordinate engineering efforts and provide engineering assistance to internal teams or external customers.
• Maintain knowledge of new developments in engineering design, methods, and applications.
• Provide and assist in training requirements for new or existing products or processes.
• Assist in learning, understanding, continual improvements, and promoting quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
• Operate in a 100% remote work environment. What We're Looking For
• Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a directly related field.
• 1 year of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or related occupation.
• Experience with embedded electronic device development, circuit evaluation, and hardware validation.
• Familiarity with simulation software, hardware prototyping, and driver development.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $92,997 - $132,825 per year (USD).
• Remote work: 100% remote.
