About the Role Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling and manufacturing cutting-edge electronic products for our global client base in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies to build complete products according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Perform soldering, wiring, testing and inspection tasks to ensure product functionality and reliability
- Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain efficiency and safety in the manufacturing process
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects, implementing corrective actions as required
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the manufacturing process What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing role
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components, tools and assembly techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and work instructions
- Excellent dexterity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work area Nice to Have
