• Volt is immediately hiring for a Wiring Technician in Saint Louis, MO 63132.

As a Wiring Technician, you will:

• Wire and assemble electrical control panels and control cabinets

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Cut, strip, route, and terminate wires according to industry standards

• Install breakers, grounding systems, relays, and other electrical components

• Perform panel layouts, cutouts, and modifications

• Assist with conduit cutting, bending, threading, and installation

• Support tubing installation, including cutting, bending, and reaming

• Complete electrical wiring inside control houses and industrial equipment

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures

• This is a full-time, contract opportunity.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (required)

• Basic understanding of electrical symbols and wiring practices

• Knowledge of basic electrical concepts and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks

• Willingness to work in a production manufacturing environment

• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.59 per hour.
