About the Role Electronic Technician to support safe, reliable, and high-quality manufacturing operations at Philip Morris in Wilson, NC. This role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, teamwork, and safety to ensure smooth production and product quality. What You'll Do
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance (preventive and corrective).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond quickly to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety, environmental, and health regulations and company policies; promote a strong safety culture and help prevent accidents and equipment damage.
- Ensure equipment and materials meet quality standards; partner with Quality teams to prevent defects and improve product integrity; help resolve quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
- Support continuous improvement in maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safe and efficient manufacturing operations. What We're Looking For
- Experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance (preventive and corrective).
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance; ability to follow environmental and health regulations.
