About the Role Electro-Optical Technician B at L3Harris supports the development and deployment of end-to-end electro-optical systems across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains to support national security missions. - Assemble, align, and test electro-optical components and subsystems
- Perform integration, diagnostics, and documentation of test results
- Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and adherence to quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains to deliver solutions What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with optics, opto-mechanical assemblies, or related electro-optical systems
- Basic understanding of optical alignment, testing methods, and measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced defense environment
