We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrician/Plumber Location: Maryland, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Inspect electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, pipes, fittings, and related equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults, leakages, blockages, and other technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdown and service interruptions.
• Install and replace electrical components, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, pipes, taps, valves, and sanitary fittings.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve faults within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain proper records of completed jobs, repairs, materials used, and outstanding issues.
• Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and ensure they are properly maintained.
• Liaise with the Facilities/Operations team and report major faults requiring external intervention.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment after completing maintenance activities.
• Carry out other technical and maintenance duties as assigned by management.

Salary

N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
