Job Description
Position Summary: This position performs skilled tasks in the operation and in the diagnosis, mechanical repair, maintenance, renovation, and installation of electrical equipment and systems. The Electrician exercises the use of judgment in the evaluation of electrical systems and the recommendation of repairs.
Responsibilities
- Responding to building maintenance complaints and troubleshoot problems.
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks, such as equipment checks, cleaning, lubrication, and repairs, consistent with equipment manuals and current standards.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical motors, generators, controls systems and related electrical and mechanical equipment involving up to 480V AC or DC
- Supports small projects
