Electrical Technician

Job Responsibilities
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective repairs.
- Troubleshoot faults in lighting systems, power distribution panels, circuit breakers, and electrical control systems.
- Conduct electrical testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
- Identify faulty components and recommend replacement where necessary.
- Assist with electrical installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
- Report major faults, hazards, and equipment failures to the supervisor.
- Work with other technical teams to resolve maintenance issues.
- Comply with lockout/tagout procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an HND with 2-5 years experience.
