Role Purpose
Provides intermediate technical support for the Glassmaking Manufacturing Excellence Team, focusing on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, process improvement, safety, and quality. Partners with operations, engineering, and automation teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues impacting safety, quality, and performance
- Analyze failures using data, signals, and maintenance history to identify root causes
- Implement long-term solutions to recurring issues
- Support projects, documentation updates, and SOP improvements
- Train and mentor operators and technicians on troubleshooting practices
- Communicate technical findings and support change management
- Promote a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment
