About the Role SEYSES seeks an Electrical Supervisor to support a utility-scale PV project in Dallas, TX. This field-based role focuses on supervising electrical works, ensuring compliance with approved engineering, U.S. regulations, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
What You'll Do
- Approve electrical works procedures including resource allocation, Quality Control Plan, Inspection Point Program, and safety measures.
- Supervise electrical works to ensure compliance with engineering documentation and project specifications; coordinate activities with other disciplines.
- Ensure all activities comply with project quality, safety, and environmental standards; perform daily follow-up and monitor progress against schedule.
- Immediately report delay risks, safety concerns, or quality deviations; stop works if necessary to prevent non-compliance.
- Oversee and approve (or technically reject with justification) inspection results and quality controls; prepare progress and performance reports for project control.
- Report contractor non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented; support commissioning activities of the plant.
