Electrical Supervisor

Purpose
- We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance function, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment across the plant
The Job
- Supervising all electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across the plant.
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety standards.
- Managing electrical installation, modification, and upgrade projects from planning through completion.
- Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Developing and implementing electrical safety programs, including inspections, risk assessments, and employee safety training.
- Maintaining accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.
- Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability.
- Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve electrical issues and support operational goals.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess an OND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Must have 2–3 years' relevant experience supervising or carrying out electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
The Person Must:
- Have strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, and power distribution.
- Demonstrate experience supervising electrical maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Have a strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
