Electrical Project Executive
Lead major electrical construction efforts with accountability for strategic direction, client partnerships, and financial results. Guide execution planning and keep project teams focused on successful delivery.
What you will do
- Provide executive-level direction for large electrical construction projects.
- Lead project managers alongside site superintendents and other field leaders.
- Maintain client partnerships and keep project expectations aligned.
- Evaluate budgets, schedules, emerging risks, and overall project performance.
- Help shape project strategy, support purchasing decisions, and coordinate planning with trade partners.
- Promote safe work practices, consistent quality, and efficient project operations.
What you bring
- At least 10 years in leadership roles overseeing electrical construction.
- Experience delivering large projects involving data centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial operations, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong team leadership paired with clear, effective communication.
- Licensing obligations and other jurisdictional requirements will be clarified through screening.
Location: South Bend, IN
Pay: $185,000 to $300,000 per year
Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.
Weekly pay, plus medical, dental and vision plans available.
