Job title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
About the Role
Join our maintenance team as an Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for hands-on electrical support of plant facilities, up to 480V/3-phase. You will troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical systems, install new equipment and control circuitry, and drive preventive maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on electrical support for plant facilities up to 480V/3-phase.
- Troubleshoot, modify and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate installation of new plant equipment.
- Install control circuitry (motor, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).
- Plan and perform electrical preventative maintenance.
- Maintain inventories of electrical parts and supplies; gain required approvals and order parts.
- Recommend modifications to improve reliability and productivity of equipment.
- Work with management to resolve recurring problems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with electrical systems in industrial/manufacturing environments and ability to work with 480V/3-phase.
- Strong troubleshooting, repair, and modification skills for electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to plan and coordinate installation of new plant equipment.
- Experience installing control circuitry (motor, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).
- Experience with electrical preventive maintenance.
- Inventory management and parts procurement capability.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work with management to resolve recurring problems.
