Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer looking for your next challenge in a high-performance environment? At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, we're seeking talented engineers to support and maintain critical infrastructure within a prestigious London site. Every day you'll play a vital role in ensuring operational resilience, reliability, and uptime for complex electrical systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns within agreed SLA timeframes Maintaining and repairing critical electrical infrastructure including UPS, power distribution and cooling systems Diagnosing power quality issues and carrying out electrical testing and inspections Supporting upgrade projects, installations and planned maintenance activities Producing risk assessments, method statements and technical documentation Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Working closely with Facilities Management and Technical Services teams to ensure site reliability and compliance

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Electrical Qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing Previous experience in building services or commercial building maintenance Experience working within a critical environment, data centre or high-dependency facility is highly desirable Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
