Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Selah Plant, Selah, WA
Target Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Starting Range,
Annual Incentive: 6% Target Bonus
An Electrical Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading the overnight maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This position oversees electrical and multi-craft maintenance personnel, ensures equipment reliability, supports production operations, and drives a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong electrical and mechanical expertise with proven leadership skills and experience in food manufacturing environments.
Required:
- Previous food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Food safety standards
- GMPs
- Maintenance compliance within a food production environment
- Experience leading and developing maintenance teams
- Strong background in both:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and support maintenance activities across multiple disciplines
- Experience writing and maintaining:
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- OPLs (One Point Lessons)
- PMs (Preventive Maintenance Procedures)
- Experience with CMMS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Packaging manufacturing experience
- Union environment experience
- Advanced PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- Experience leading electrical reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
