Well known and leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, Ohio is looking for a M-F day shift Electrical Maintenance Manager.

This role comes with a very good salary up to $100k plus a 15% annual bonus and relocation assistance is available.

The ideal candidate will possess electrical maintenance experience (PLC's, process automation, drives, instrumentation, AC/DC industrial control, power distribution and AC/DC motors) in a manufacturing environment along with supervisory experience.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of electrical equipment and providing the day to day supervision of the electrical maintenance employees
• Develop into a maintenance expert for the electrical and automation systems within the department
• Act as a coach to the employees and ensure that they have the tools and knowledge required to safely perform their job
• Manage spending budget using project management skills and a thorough understanding of the processes needed to properly maintain the equipment in assigned area
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, engineering, continuous improvement, accounting etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED
• 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or military
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work full time in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited educational institution in electrical engineering or related field

• 3 years of electrical maintenance experience

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial operation or military

• Experience with PLC's, process automation, drives, instrumentation, AC/DC industrial control, power distribution and AC/DC motors
